For centuries, Hôtel Reisen has been where Stockholm meets the world. From Fredrik Reiss’ 18th-century coffee house, where contraband beans fueled whispered deals, to today’s landmark on Skeppsbron, the house has always attracted those who live a little larger. 

Restaurant Reisen carries that pioneering spirit into a new era. Brasserie classics arrive with unapologetic attitude, blending tradition and innovation. The menu, curated by our Head Chef Ronaldo Kola, balances the familiar with the daring, always placing flavor at the forefront. 

At our bar, led by Head Bartender Emma Egerskog, martinis reign supreme. Reinvented with precision and a hint of mischief, these drinks embody the house’s signature edge: elegance without restraint. 

Ensuring the warmth and elegance of the house are our dedicated team, including Restaurang Manager Gabriel Svensson, who creates an environment where guests feel both at home and inspired.
